Rs. 27,560/- per Annum  (i.e. Rs. 13,780/- per Semester)

Bus Transportation Fees: 

Rs. 18,000/- per Annum 

Scholarship: 

Open/OBC >> MYSY (50% of Fee amount)

ST/SC >> Digital Gujarat  /   Freeship Card  (100% Fee amount)

Minority >> up to 50% of Fees 


Rules and Regulations

Fees Rules:

• New Admission: Students are required to pay their tuition fees within a month of admission confirmation. In case of failure, admission is liable to get canceled as seats are limited. No refund will be granted against cancellation at any cost. | વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મેશનના એક મહિનાની અંદર ટ્યુશન ફી ચૂકવવી જરૂરી છે. નિષ્ફળતાના કિસ્સામાં, બેઠકો મર્યાદિત હોવાથી પ્રવેશ રદ કરવામાં આવી શકે છે. એડમિશન રદ્દ કરાવવા બદલ રિફંડ આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.
  
  
• Regular Students: For regular semester fees, students will be given a deadline for paying the fees. In case of genuine inconvenience, students need to give an application for late payment before the deadline to avoid the fine. | નિયમિત સેમેસ્ટર ફી માટે, વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ફી ભરવા માટે સમયમર્યાદા આપવામાં આવશે. વાસ્તવિક અસુવિધાના કિસ્સામાં, વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ દંડ ટાળવા માટે સમયમર્યાદા પહેલાં મોડી ચુકવણી માટે અરજી આપવાની જરૂર છે.                        

Bus Transportation:

• Students are required to pay half of the bus fee within one month of the semester beginning (say, July) and the remaining bus fee within the following three months (say, November). Additionally, they are required to issue a bus pass immediately.| વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ બસની અડધી ફી નવા સેમેસ્ટર ચાલુ થવાના એક મહિનાની અંદર (એટલે કે જુલાઈ) અને બાકીની બસની ફી આવનાર ત્રણ મહિના (એટલે કે નવેમ્બેર) માં ચૂકવવાની રહેશે અને તુરંત જ બસ પાસ મેળવી લેવો જરૂરી છે.
  
  
• Students are required to follow all bus rules and regulations. It is mandatory to have a bus pass for using bus transportation. If a student fails to produce a bus pass, he/she will be fined Rs. 200/- | વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ બસના તમામ નીતિ અને નિયમોનું પાલન કરવું જરૂરી છે. બસ પરિવહનનો ઉપયોગ કરવા માટે બસ પાસ હોવો ફરજિયાત છે. જો કોઈ વિદ્યાર્થી બસ પાસ રજૂ કરવામાં નિષ્ફળ જાય, તો તેને રૂ. 200 નો દંડ કરવામાં આવશે.

 
Scholarship Rules:

• To avail scholarship benefits, students need to submit their all academic certificates as well as valid caste and income certificate (ST SC student only). | શિષ્યવૃત્તિના લાભો મેળવવા માટે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ તેમના તમામ શૈક્ષણિક પ્રમાણપત્રો તેમજ માન્ય જાતિ અને આવક પ્રમાણપત્ર સબમિટ કરવવું જરૂર છે. (ફક્ત ST SC વિદ્યાર્થી માટે)
  
  
• Students are required to open a new Bank Account at the time of admission to avail scholarship benefit (ST SC student only). | વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ શિષ્યવૃત્તિનો લાભ મેળવવા માટે પ્રવેશ સમયે નવું બેંક ખાતું ખોલાવવું જરૂરી છે (ફક્ત ST SC વિદ્યાર્થી માટે).
  
  
• Students are required to get freeship card in order to avail scholarship benefits (ST SC student only). | વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ લાભો મેળવવા માટે ફ્રી શિપ કાર્ડ મેળવવું જરૂરી છે (ફક્ત ST SC વિદ્યાર્થી માટે).
• Latest/valid income certificate is mandatory. | નવીનતમ/માન્ય આવક પ્રમાણપત્ર ફરજિયાત છે.
  
  
• Students must have all documents or need to collect necessary documents required for MYSY / Digital Gujarat / NSP / Institutional Scholarship or any other scholarship scheme. | વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પાસે MYSY/ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત/NSP/સંસ્થાકીય શિષ્યવૃત્તિ અથવા અન્ય કોઈપણ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના માટે જરૂરી તમામ દસ્તાવેજો હોવા જોઈએ અથવા જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો એકત્રિત કરી લેવા જરૂર છે.
  
  
• MYSY, Digital Gujarat, NSP, etc. are Government scholarship schemes and all rights are reserved by the Government. | MYSY, ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત, NSP, વગેરે સરકારી શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજનાઓ છે. તેના તમામ અધિકારો સરકાર દ્વારા અનામત છે.
